3-bedroom shared house, Lyons Street, WANGURI NT

Two bedrooms available. Use of half the house and shared bathroom and kitchen space. Extremely private and very secure. You cannot see into the front yard from the street.
Lush garden view from rooms with mirrored wardrobes and newly installed air-conditioning. Security Cameras cover external doors and driveway with motion lights to lead the way inside after dark.
Use of pool, outdoor entertainment area, workout area with gym mats and yoga swing, firepit and outdoor lounges with a hammock make it ideal for sitting outside listening to the birds and reading. Plenty of spots to make your own in front or back yard if you like peace and solitude.
You are welcome to move things around to suit your preference. Have a vegetable garden in construction if you would like to help out and participate in home and garden activities. Also like to do crafts and have a table with creative projects, glue gun and fairy garden ornaments for upcycle materials, jewelry and toys or nature inspired decorations. You are welcome to create a piece to be remember your time or leave a piece in the garden. Have many tools you can use if you like making stuff. Have furnished rooms with single beds, desk side table lamps and tv for you to use with Netflix, ABCiView, SBS and Bluetooth speakers you can use.
I listen to music every day, especially when motivating myself during housework. House is a home and only available to someone who is willing to take pride and care with my space with conscious community minded people who are considerate when sharing space.
No party but friends are welcome.
Have a big guard dog that can be scary for some people but very friendly when he knows you. Mr. Duke is his name, and he is a part of my family and allowed inside. You do not have to play or pat but do need to be kind to him as it is his home too.
I do not mind if you smoke or if you would like to have a pet, Mr. Duke is friendly to all animals.
As a University Lecturer I have background in primary school teaching and early learning development as well as arts and community development and could provide you some advice or assistance in these areas of study or work if needed.
