3-bedroom shared house, Pickford St

The two available bedrooms are slightly different in size; one bedroom has a queen size bed, the other a king single. If two people are sharing the room with the queen sized bed, rent would be $400. By the end of January, the bedrooms will also have a study desk and chair. Facilities are clean and have a nice energy. We are close to public transport and the university.

The type of lease and tenancy agreement will depend on whether tenants are known to each other.

The owners live in a dwelling at the rear of the rental property. Two bedrooms are available in the front rental property; the third bedroom at the end is reserved for our guests. We rarely have guests and when we do, it is usually my daughter who uses the facilities in our dwelling. This end room opens onto a courtyard towards our living space. Leased space and facilities will not be accessed by our visitors. The owners work in schools as teacher and support staff.
