Hello, I am a mature age student studying at CDU and working full time and I am subletting a fully furnished two-bedroom airy bright flat for 6-9months with housemate who likes to live without air-conditioning and knows how to respect space and privacy without having to close doors and is happy for a friendly chat but also enjoys quiet company. This flat has excellent natural ventilation - as it has windows on 3-sides and is amongst the trees, and is in walking distance to City, Danala, and Waterfront and close to bus stop if you are in a hurry, or perfect distance for a short bike ride. There is also a bus in opposite direction for travelling to Casuarina.
