Hello, I am a mature age student studying at CDU and working full time and subletting a fully furnished room in airy bright flat in Stuart Park. Conveniently located to Parap Pool, Parap Markets, Mindil Beach and Danala which are all about 10mins or less on a bicycle, and the nearest bus stop is a 4min walk which can take you to either Casuarina or the City. There is also on-site parking available, and the flat is secure on the second floor, with two balconies off the living space, and friendly neighbors who are peaceful in the evenings. I prefer to live without air-conditioning, as the flat has excellent air-flow and an insulated box-roof, but there is air-conditioning in the room and happy for you to use it.
