Four-bedroom house with study that would suit a student looking to live with a professional female, her 17-year-old son who is an apprentice carpenter and hardly ever home, and her 19-year-old daughter who will only be there until January 2026 before making her own journey to University down south. It is a fun and relatively quiet house in Rapid Creek which is close to the University, markets and cafes. It is on the bus route (the bus stop is about 100 metres away) and is safe thanks to a big fence. All bills are included (electricity, gas, water and internet). You have your own fully furnished room, which includes a single bed, desk, desk light, and all linen (bedding and towels). You are free to use anything in the kitchen, laundry, living room and study which are fully furnished. You would share a bathroom with the 17-year-old.
