3-bedroom shared unit, Brewery Place

Hi. I am have two rooms available in a high rise unit. It is a secured unit block. There is one secured undercover carpark. The unit and the bedrooms are very spacious and capture the sea breezes. You will have a built in wardrobe and access to the balcony. I am after up to two quiet and tidy people. You must be prepared to keep your room tidy and clean, and keep the common areas clean and tidy. After meeting you, I will need to get clearance from the property manager before I can have you share the unit. I am hoping that the students like to have a conversation and get to know others in the unit. As I am CDU undergraduate psychology lecturer, I will not be able to accept any student who is studying Bachelor of Psychology, either the full 3 year program or graduate entry program as this could be viewed as conflict of interest.
