I'm a 2024 CDU graduate, working in Darwin at a Community Mental Health organisation.

The unit is a modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, I am currently the only tenant. I would like another person, or couple, to join me. The master bedroom (with ensuite) is available.

The available bedroom is unfurnished, but has a built in wardrobe- so the main thing you need is a bed! The apartment itself is almost completely furnished (I have a washing machine, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dining table, dishwasher etc), and a large bookshelf with half the space available. However- I dont have a TV (my old housemate owned that, and took it with him when he moved back home).

The lease ends at the end of July, at which point I am leaving Darwin. You would be welcome to apply to take over the lease with a new housemate at that point :).
